Bożena Barton Ceramics is a small-batch home based studio in San Francisco, CA where I make one of a kind pieces for one of a kind buyers.

I was born on the northern coast of Poland, shaped by the raw beauty of the Baltic Sea and the quiet influence of Scandinavian shores. Growing up surrounded by Northern Europe’s mid-century design, I was especially drawn to the Danish and Scandinavian pottery of the 1970s—work that embraced utility, earthy palettes, and tactile simplicity.

Rather than producing exact replicas, I approach each piece as a character of its own—subtly distinct, with its own rhythm, mood, and imperfections.

There is something special about using objects created by hand. Each one carries a story and personal connection. As you take them home, that story continues...
